Every one is crazy about having SALADS these days.. 
we do include things like Lettuce, Broccoli, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers etc. but 
did we forget the most beneficial and easily available local variant?

SO the health tip of the day is

" Eat Raw onions daily in the form of salads"
