5 things to do to loose weight!

Hello Healthizens!

Summers are here and they are probably the best time to SWEAT IT OUT!

and to really help your body sweat it out you need to take up this challenge!!!

Anyone ready to take up this challenge???

1) No Chocolates/ Candy / Chocolate / Cakes / Pastries / Ice-cream / Syrups.

2) No Gravy laden vegetables/ Outside Junk more than once a week.

3) No Skipping Breakfast or any meals and replacing it with salads.

4) No getting up late or even sleeping late.

5) No TV viewing during meals.

Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy, SHINE!
