Garlic - The magic pod!

When and how to have it?
 
1) On empty stomach after having 2-3 glasses of water.
2) Preferably soaked overnight ( after removing the green stalk ).
3) Chop or Crush it for better results.
OR 
In any of the above mentioned forms before any meal - Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner.
Start with 1 pod if you are new to eating garlic this way. slowly week by week - increase the quantity.

Healthy One Liner No 19


Iron Supplements should not be taken 
with 
Milk or Milk products


Because the Calcium present in Milk competes with Iron present in the supplements for absorption and hence both do not get absorbed properly.

Hello Healthizens!

Summers are here and they are probably the best time to SWEAT IT OUT!

and to really help your body sweat it out you need to take up this challenge!!!

Anyone ready to take up this challenge???

1) No Chocolates/ Candy / Chocolate / Cakes / Pastries / Ice-cream / Syrups.

2) No Gravy laden vegetables/ Outside Junk more than once a week.

3) No Skipping Breakfast or any meals and replacing it with salads.

4) No getting up late or even sleeping late.

5) No TV viewing during meals.
