5 Reasons You Are Not Loosing weight


Hello Healthizens!
 
Stuck with the same weight and dont know what to do?
Here are some reasons you might not be loosing weight!


1) More the time to loose weight - The better

Expecting from your diet plan right from the day you start it? No Don't do it.
It takes time...be patient enough to give it the same time you chose to ignore it. e.g.: If you have gained weight over a period of 2 years at least give 2 years to see the results. Slow weight-loss also means you are not going for crash diets which is all the more a better reason to be happy while loosing weight!
Tip - Also minus those days when you go for cheat meals when expecting from your body to give results!

2) Are you eating healthy?

Often when a particular diet chart starts showing results, we become happy and we start thinking that ocassional cheat meals/snacks here and there would not do any harm. If you think like this ..STOP RIGHT THERE... Eat Healthy at all costs if you want to loose or else stay where you are!
Tip - Salads are a boon for weight loss. Also stir fried veggies instead of the gravy laden ones would help you!

3) Stress 
Beat the Stress to beat that weight! Relax..
Take Deep Breaths and Make efforts.. just don't get stressed for it!

4) Weighing yourself daily?

Don't give your body and mind the unnecessary stress of giving out results every single day! Stress wuld lead to other problems you see!
Prepare yourself, workout eat well, give out your best and wait for results, and then weigh yourself.
Tip - Weigh yourself only once a week and on the same machine and on the same time of the day.

5) Maintain a food diary

Sounds difficult.. not at all. Maintaining a food diary reminds you of the mistakes you did and hence be reasonable enough to understand why and where are you going wrong. It does feel guilty to mention the cheat meals more than twice or thrice a week.
Tip: Try it for 15 days. Your mind yourself would check the mistakes and stop you from doing it from the next time!

So analyze where are you going wrong..and rectify it
